IN CHRIST WE LIVE
Jesus died and rose to save YOU.
Jesus loves YOU...and so do we.
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Rom.3:23, 6:23).
Jesus said, "For the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (Luke 5:32, 19:10). "The Lord is...not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).
God's word says the physical life of the flesh is in the blood. The precious atoning blood of the Lord Jesus is the precious atoning physical life of Christ. Jesus loved us, and He gave His physical life for us by shedding His precious atoning blood OUT of His atoning body as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, once for all. Jesus gave His life for us to redeem and to save us from all our sins and hell. Jesus fully paid our sin-debt that we owed to God.
The Lord Jesus Christ, Who knew no sin, became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Jesus bore our sins in His Own body on the tree, and He washed us from our sins in His Own blood. In Christ we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
"...behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Cor.6:2). This means God's saving grace only guarantees your salvation today, right now - not tomorrow. For tomorrow may never come in your life. God is good, and "...the goodness of God leads thee to repentance" (Rom. 2:4). "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord" (Acts 3:19).
If you want to be saved from all of your sins and hell and 100% know it. God's word says you can have "full assurance" right now by repenting and turning from your sins against Holy God by asking Jesus to forgive you of your sins. Ask Jesus Christ to come in your heart as your personal Lord and Savior. "For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved" (Rom.10:13).
The Lord Jesus Christ is mighty to save, and it doesn't matter how great your sins are. The precious and all-sin-cleansing atoning blood of the Lord Jesus Christ is GREATER than your greatest sin! Jesus said, "...him that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out" (John 6:37).
Be not deceived. The saving grace of Jesus saves us FROM our sins - not FOR our sins, and Jesus saves lukewarm hearts FROM their sin of lukewarmness - not FOR their sin of lukewarmness. As saved believers in Christ, Jesus gives us His saving grace to "Go and sin no more" - not to go and sin more (John 8:11).
"What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein" (Rom.6:1-2)?
Be not deceived. The saving grace of Jesus saves us FROM walking in darkness after the flesh - not FOR walking in darkness after the flesh. God's preserved word says, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God...so then they that are in the flesh cannot please God" (Rom.8:1-8, God's Authorized King James Word that SATAN HATES). Galatians 5 lists what it means to walk after the flesh, and verse 21 concludes by saying, "..they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."
Be not deceived. The saving grace of Jesus saves us FROM the love of the world - not FOR the love of the world. "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him" (1 John 2:15). "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God. Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God" (James 4:4).
Be not deceived. The saving grace of Jesus saves us FROM the love of money - not FOR the love of money. "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows" (1 Tim.6:10). Jesus said, "No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon" (Luke 16:13).
The saving grace of Jesus empowers our new creation lives to walk in the light after the Spirit, as Christ is in the light. This means the saving grace of Jesus also empowers our new creation lives not to walk in the sin of darkness after the flesh, as the devil is in darkness. This is not law and not legalism, but the amazing grace life of Jesus, where Christ is living His holy life in and through our new creation lives by His Spirit; and His grace empowers our saved hearts to live in His holiness and walk down His righteous highway of holiness.
Many today "...profess that they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient (to God's word), and unto every good work reprobate" (Titus 1:16). Jesus said, "And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity" (Matt.7:23).
Be not deceived. Saving grace and Jesus saves us FROM our iniquity - not FOR our iniquity. Jesus, Grace Himself will never say, "Go and sin more!" Grace always says, "Go, and sin NO more" - and Jesus gives us His enabling grace to do it (John 8:11).
If you only use Jesus as a "religious add-on" to your self-centered, sinful, and rebellious life for an hour or so once a week, but your heart is far from the Lord, and your daily life is walking in the sin of darkness after the flesh, as the devil is in darkness. You need to repent and get saved right now, lest you send yourself to hell by your own sin of lukewarmness and by your devilish form of godliness that denies the genuine salvation power of the Lord Jesus Christ Who saves us FROM our sins - not FOR our sins. "If we say we have fellowship with Him (Jesus), and walk in darkness, we lie, and we do not the truth" (1 John 1:6).
Jesus said, "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil" (John 3:19). "The Lord knows them that are His. And, let every one that names the Name of Christ depart from iniquity" (2 Tim.2:19).
Jesus saves us FROM heresy - not FOR heresy. "Whosoever transgresses, and abides NOT in the (SOUND) doctrine of Christ, hath NOT God. He that abides in the (SOUND) doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son" (2 John 1:9).
Brethren, "Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee" (1 Tim.4:16).
God BLESS you!
